Create Your Account & Choose A Plan

Start by signing in or creating a secure account. Click the "Sign In/ Register" button in the menu above. Next, click Login at the top right of the next page. Sign in or create an account. In the account page under "What's New" section click "Join Now" on the Lakota Loyalty banner. Then, select a Lakoya Loyalty plan that perfectly fits your household's needs, from the Executive to the Household plan. Your needs can change, and so can your plan. Feel free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Select Your Pickup Day

We make laundry fit your schedule. Based on your address, choose a convenient weekly pickup and delivery day in Liberty Township, Monroe, or West Chester. Select your preferred day and choose the **'Weekly'** option to activate your membership benefits.
Prepare for Your First Pickup

For your first order, place your laundry in any secure bag and leave it at your doorstep. While we wash and fold your clothes, we’ll send you a welcome kit with our reusable Lakota Laundry bags for future pickups.
